WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS DO I HAVE?
When your destination country is the U.S., you can choose between Standard Delivery and Express Delivery.
STANDARD DELIVERY
Standard delivery time: 18–30 business days
Shipping fee: $15
Free shipping on orders over $350
Standard delivery is free for orders over $350. The discount applies automatically at checkout.
During peak seasons and promotional sales, delivery might take a little longer.
EXPRESS DELIVERY
Express delivery time: 7–20 business days
Shipping fee: $25
During peak seasons and promotional sales, delivery might take a little longer.
WHERE DOES Uproe.store DELIVER?
We currently deliver to the following regions:
United States: We ship to all 50 U.S. states (and Washington D.C.) Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays. Please note that we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Additional delivery destinations may be added in the future.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour processing period on business days. Please note this can take longer during promotional sales.
As soon as your order is packed, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a tracking link. Please note that tracking may take up to a few days to be activated.
You will also be able to track your order in your customer account on our website.
TAX AND DUTIES
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and are itemized on the Checkout page. Be sure to select your country to see accurate local pricing, delivery times, and shipping costs.
Option 1: Prices include taxes and duties
We ship on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. This means that all import duties and taxes are included in the final purchase price you see at checkout.
Option 2: Prices exclude taxes and duties
We ship on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Product prices shown do not include taxes or duties. You will be responsible for paying all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes once your order arrives at its destination. After placing your order, we may contact you via email to confirm your acceptance of these terms. For an estimate of duties and taxes, please check with your local customs office.
