RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Customers may apply for a return or exchange within 14 days after receiving product(s). Refunds will be made by the same method you used to pay.
Please note: items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale and promotional items are excluded and remain subject to our regular return/exchange policy.
CANCELLATION
We accept order cancellations before product processing. If the order is cancelled by that time, you will get a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, we unfortunately cannot cancel the order.
RETURN/EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

Items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed, or altered, and with all original tags attached.

Items must be returned in their original boxes and in one package.

Returns must be shipped using the same service as the original delivery.

Returns/exchanges must be made from the same country the order was delivered to (e.g., US orders must be returned from the US).

Customized items cannot be returned.

Return/exchange shipping and any import fees are at the customer's expense.

For hygiene reasons, underwear briefs, certain jewelry, make-up and skincare products cannot be returned. Swimwear must have the hygienic liner intact.

Faulty items may always be returned.
We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange if the item shows signs of wear or has been altered. If your return is rejected, you may choose to have the product sent back at your expense.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM OR AN ENTIRE ORDER
Step 1: Contact our Customer Service team with the following information:

Order number
-
Proof of purchase
-
Photo or video of the faulty item (if applicable)
Step 2: Place the items and receipt back into the original packaging.
Step 3: Complete all 3 copies of the Returns Pro-Forma Invoice Form. Insert all copies into a transparent envelope and attach to the package without sealing it. These are required for customs.
Step 4: Hand the package to the courier. After inspection, seal the package securely.
REFUND
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once we receive your return, please allow 7–14 business days for it to be processed. If your return does not meet the listed conditions, the package will be returned to you at your expense. When approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email for the refund.
